Check every date you are available for the retreat (Friday evening through Saturday). Then submit your availability.
Per the Bylaws, only dates which can be attended by every Staff Elder are eligible. Please be generous with your availability. At the end of this entire poll, the date with the most votes wins. In the case of a tie, the elders will use a random system to choose a date from among those engaged in the tie.
